范围

l 本政策适用于宁波英吉沙卫浴有限公司的所有运营及员工,包括承包商和到我司厂区的外部访客。

本政策概述了我们的目标和行动计划,以确保这一理念融入我们的文化及日常运营中。

具体行动与目标

碳排放与能源使用

l 每年计算并追踪范围1、2和3的碳足迹

l 在所有运营中实施能效措施

l 维护太阳能电池板并旨在提高可再生能源比例

l 设定逐年最低减少5%并至2050年实现净零排放的目标

l 每年监测并报告进展

可持续采购/供应商

l 采购100%高能效机械设备

l 评估供应商的环境影响(能源、碳排放、水、废弃物、生物多样性影响、化学品),并与其协作/提供资源以支持其改进

l 维持可持续采购政策,优先选择持有如FSC和ISO 14001等可持续认证的供应商

l 减少我们供应链中的包装废弃物

l 在可行的情况下支持本地供应商

l 定期进行供应商可持续性审核

废弃物减量

l 实施全面的回收计划并对员工进行充分培训

l 通过数字化方案减少纸张使用

l 负责任地处置危险材料

l 设定年度废弃物减量目标(逐年最低减少5%)

l 监测并报告废弃物指标

l 在相关环节采用堆肥处理

运输

l 使用规划软件持续提高我们运输和配送的环境效率,以最小化燃料消耗

水资源管理

Environmental Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all operations and employees of Ningbo Ying Ji Sha WeiYu Ltd., including contractors and visitors to our sites.

Summary

Environmental responsibility is explicit in our formal mission statement:

“Our mission is to be the brand of choice within showering spaces by creating environmentally responsible and innovative spaces that are designed for today whilst protecting tomorrow.”

This policy outlines our objectives and action plan to ensure this is embedded within our culture and daily operations.

Our Environmental Objectives

We commit to:

1. Reducing our carbon footprint

2. Minimizing waste and promoting recycling

3. Using resources efficiently

4. Preventing pollution

5. Complying with environmental regulations

6. Promoting environmental awareness among our employees

7. Maintaining our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System as a framework for continual impact measurement and improvement

Specific Actions and Targets

Carbon Emissions & Energy Usage

- Calculate and track our carbon footprint annually for Scope 1, 2 and 3

- Implement energy efficiency measures across operations

- Maintain solar panels and aim to increase % renewable energy

- Targets set to reduce 5% minimum YOY, and net zero by 2050

- Monitor and report progress yearly

Sustainable Sourcing / Suppliers

- Procure 100% energy efficient machinery

- Evaluate suppliers’ environmental impact (energy, carbon, water, waste, biodiversity impact, chemicals) and collaborate with them/provide resources to support them to improve

- Maintain a sustainable procurement policy prioritising suppliers with sustainable certifications such as FSC and ISO 14001

- Reduce packaging waste in our supply chain

- Support local suppliers where feasible

- Regular supplier sustainability audits

Waste Reduction

- Comprehensive recycling program implemented and staff fully trained

- Reduce paper usage through digital alternatives

- Responsibly dispose of hazardous materials

- Set annual waste reduction targets (reduce 5% minimum YOY)

- Monitor and report waste metrics

- Composting used where relevant

Transportation

- Continually improve the environmentally efficiency of our shipping and distribution using planning software to minimize fuel consumption

- Our drivers are trained in fuel-efficient driving techniques

- Avoid air transportation

- Optimize delivery routes to reduce fuel consumption

- Consider electric or hybrid vehicles for company fleet

- Track and report transportation emissions

- Maintain sustainable travel policy

Water Management

- Monitor water usage across operations

- Fix leaks promptly and maintain water systems

- Maintain our achievement of eliminating all toxic or hazardous waste water

- Grey water used for irrigation

- Install water-efficient fixtures (low-flow faucets)

- Treat and reuse water where possible (recycle water used for cleaning glass into tank for re-use)

- Targets set to reduce 5% minimum YOY

Biodiversity & Local Community Protection

- Continuously focus on and proactively seek out biodiversity-friendly materials

- Maintain our elimination of hazardous production waste

- Ensure zero hazardous exposure to local communities

Green Building Practices

- Conduct energy audits regularly

- Upgrade to energy-efficient systems (energy saving modes and task lighting)

- For new building construction we chose steel over concrete as it is 100% recyclable

- Maximize natural lighting

- Install optimum insulation

Employee Engagement

- Provide environmental training programs

- Recognize environmental achievements

- Share environmental performance updates

- Encourage sustainable workplace practices

- Support employee environmental initiatives

Product Lifecycle & Packaging

- Design products for durability

- Use recyclable materials where possible

- Assessment conducted to minimise environmental impact of packaging in terms of materials used (volume reduced, non-toxic, recyclable)

- Implement take-back programs

- Consider end-of-life disposal, including careful recycling of any broken/faulty products

- Conduct lifecycle assessments

Green IT

- Implement energy-efficient computing

- Promote paperless operations

- Dispose of e-waste responsibly

- Use cloud computing services

- Purchase energy-efficient equipment

Management Team

- Ensure adequate resources for environmental initiatives

- Review and update environmental objectives annually
